Adult Clothing ProtectorsLooking for those special people who wish to STITCH TO SERVE. We are needing 65 spring (and masculine) adult clothes protectors to donate to a nursing center. This is a special request from Cassie's heart because she remembers when her dad was in assisted living many residents did not have their own protectors, at least not one that looked decent. Lucky will provide the pattern to trace. (Big thank you to Lola Moist for tracing these for us!) It takes 1 yard of fabric for each protector, no interfacing or buttons needed. Simply trace 2, sew right sides together leaving a space to turn right side out then press and add finishing 1/4" seam all around exterior (also closes open gap.) Won't you make 1, 2 or more to send spring wishes to nursing home residents? If we receive more than needed at the first nursing home, we will choose the next closest county nursing home and keep on sharing spring cheer!
